Kriging window: Lettering menu

The lettering menu contains the tools to add and delete
inscriptions of isolines and points in the
2D spatial view.

• Letter by the use of the arrow (see arrow menu).
• Letter a point (how to set a point: arrow menu).
• Delete one of the inscriptions (the inscription next to the
  selected point (how to set a point: arrow menu)) is deleted.
• Delete all inscriptions.
