Tour: A first glance at the result

Combination operators form the aggregation function
Kriging window used for 2-dimensional display

The aggregation result is the membership value for "suitability as waste disposal site high" (0 means that a place is not member of "suitability as waste disposal site high", 1 means that it is most possible and the values between 0 and 1 mean the corresponding possibility degrees between these two cases).

Here again, the spatial distribution of the membership values (which range from 0 to 1), are displayed by opening the appropriate kriging window.
The picture is of the same type as the display of the input parameters on a previous page (isolines to display the crisp (conventional) part of the values (i.e. the most possible value) and density of cyan and magenta points indicating fuzziness).
Details can be found on the pages Kriging Basics / Theoretical concepts and 2D spatial viewing. In this example you can see an area where the membership value for "suitability as waste disposal site: high" is relatively high (over 0.8). The location is a short distance above the middle of the picture. In order to take the fuzziness into consideration we should better use other types of displays. However, even this representation suffices to provide an impression of this aspect and shows parts of the area with high fuzziness of kriged values (near the small triangles).

In order to find out how to

go to the next pages where the kriging window is shown in detail.
